(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Petitioner has filed W.M.P.No.10545 of 2019, to implead the Registration Department, State of Tamil Nadu, as third respondent in W.P.No.8153 of 2019.

2. Reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, are as follows:- "I state that at the stage of admission, it was brought to the attention of the petitioner that the Registration Department of the State of Tamil Nadu is responsible for legislation pertaining to the imposition of court fees. It is therefore just and necessary that the Registration Department be impleaded as a party to the present writ petition.

I state that the petitioner's failure to implead the Registration Department is due to inadvertence and oversight and is neither willful nor wanton. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the Registration Department is impleaded in the present case."

3. Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice.
