Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.01.2019 and 04.04.2020 as per the orders already passed by this Court dated 15.04.2019 in WP.No.11552/19 and grant patta to the petitioner in respect of Natham land in S.No.111-28, Thandalai Village, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the

petitioner dated 31.01.2019 and 04.04.2020 as per the orders already passed by this Court dated 15.04.2019 in WP.No.11552 of 2019 and grant patta to the petitioner in respect of Natham land in S.No.111-28, Thandalai Village, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District.

2. Heard, Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.01.2019 and 04.04.2020 as per the orders already passed by this Court dated 15.04.2019 in WP.No.11552 of 2019 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject property comprised in survey No.111-28, Thandalai Village, Tiruvarur Taluk, Tiruvarur District admeasuring 1700 sq.mtrs. and the third respondent is directed to survey the same, if it requires.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
