Petitioner herein, who has obtained decree for retstitution of conjugal rights seeks police protection alleging that, whenever she goes to the matrimonial house, she been attacked by her husband and his family members. So she needs police protection. Prayer of this petitioner cannot be granted since decree of conjugal rights cannot be enforced by the help of the police.
