This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police, B-2 Esplanade Police Station to file the final report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Crime No.57 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.57 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
