Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to grant opening permission and Temporary Recognition in favour of the Petitioner School for IX Standard from the academic year 2013-2014 and for X Standard from the academic year 2014-2015 as per the provisions of Matriculation Code and in the light of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.1267 of 2010 dated 25.06.2010 as confirmed in orders passed in W.A.No.1641 of 2010 dated 07.09.2010 and to direct the Respondent to grant renewal of recognition for the period of three years from 01.06.2011 to 31.05.2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
