ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.02.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that a partition deed has been registered by the respondents 4 to 6 suppressing the material facts. It is contended that the partition deed was registered based on the forged legal heir certificate and the said legal heir certificate subsequently cancelled by the competent authorities. Mere representation would be insufficient in this regard. In view of the subsequent amendment made under the provisions of the Registration Act, thus the petitioner has to submit an application / complaint by invoking Section 77-A of the 2/4

Registration Act. Thus, in view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority under the relevant provisions of the Registration Act for redressal of their grievances.

3. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
