All the writ petitions were disposed of by this Court on 22.04.2019. However, the matter has been listed today, for being mentioned at the instance of the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.
According to the petitioners, the second respondent shall be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners.
In continuation of clause (vi) of the paragraph 7, of the order, dated 22.4.2019, Registry is directed to incorporate as follows and issue fresh order copy to the petitioners:
"The petitioners shall make representation to the Commissioner of the second respondent, within a period of 10 days. If any such representation is made by the petitioners within the aforesaid period, same shall be form part of the report to be submitted before the Committee."
