Prayer: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents 1 to 3 herein under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.03.2021 made in W.P.No.1128 of 2015 and consequently in the event of holding them guilty of Contempt, punish them under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 besides directing the respondents to herein to enforce the order made in the above writ petitioner in its True Letter and Spirit in giving appointment to the petitioner suitable to his qualification as held by the Hon'ble Apex Court in a similar cases. ORDER
Mr.K.Rajakumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondents have already complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1128 of 2015 dated 26.03.2021 by issuing proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.2083/A1/2024, dated 29.01.2025.
