Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2063/2019/MC2 dated 09.03.2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent erroneously including the 4th respondent's name, in the said revised seniority list of Assistants working in the Corporation of Coimbatore, as on 01.01.2019 and quash the same, as illegal, null and void and consequently direct the respondents to continue the 4th respondent only as Computer-cumClerk, by deleting his name in the seniority list of Assistant and restore the original final seniority list of Assistant as on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.01.2019 issued on 05.08.2019 and effect promotion to the post of Superintendent as per the said seniority list dated 05.08.2019.

The matter is taken up through web hearing.

2.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
