The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition in para 5(c) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6059 of 2021 granted on 26.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6059 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
