This petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruvallur to dispose of the O.S. No.293 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruvallur within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the records that the suit was filed way back in the year 2011 seeking relief of declaration and consequential injunction. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the suit is now in part heard stage (cross examination of P.W.1). Considering the suit is pending for over a decade, the Trial Court is directed to dispose the suit within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order without seeking any extension of time.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs.
