These petitions have been filed seeking to modify the order passed in W.P.Nos.1262 and 1260 of 2022 respectively, dated 27.01.2022 to the effect that the petitioners may be permitted to continue the M.B.B.S. Course and publish the results of the examinations that they had appeared during January, 2022, subject to the final outcome of the decision or by the issuance of the community certificate by the Collector, Dharmapuri. 2.The relief sought for in these miscellaneous petitions are beyond the relief sought for in the writ petitions. Hence, granting the relief sought for in these petitions are not permissible. 3.Therefore, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
