This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case, on the complaint dated 11.12.2013, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the complaint dated 11.12.2013 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same was closed on 04.08.2014.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
