(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This common order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMPs have been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to support affidavits, Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, submits that the cause of action is common and the petitioners are joint owners of the property.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours day-after-tomorrow (26.06.2025). This submission is recorded.
