ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue orders or direction especially in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in proceedings No. NA.KA.No.1231/A4/2021 dated 12.04.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2021 in accordance with Section 34A of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
