Application No.3166 of 2019 is filed seeking to amend the Affidavit and Judges summons in O.A.No.918 of 2018 in C.S.No.663 of 2018 by substituting the name and address of the 2nd Respondent/Defendant as M/s.Sangeetha Kapila Venkatapadmavathi Foods, represented by its Working Partner, Mr.S.Rajiv Kumar, having office at No.251/2A, Valluru Gunta Patteda, Tiruchannor Road, Tirupati 517 501 in lieu of M/s.Kapila Venkateswara Foods, Hotel Sri Nandhi Restaurant, represented by its Proprietor M.Rajeev Reddy, Nandi Circle, Opp Kapileswara Temple, near NGO's Colony, Tirupati 517 501.
