This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and file final report in Crime No.773 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chitlapakkam Police Station, within a time frame of 3 months and to proceed further in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
