O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.469 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent for the offence under Section 365 of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.469 of 2017 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, on 31.12.2017.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
