The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.2563 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Court Tiruvannamalai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No. 144 of 2013.

2. None appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. In view of section 19 of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.2563 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court Tiruvannamalai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No. 144 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
