When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the matter is pending from the year 2011 and due to the pendency of the case before this court and due to the interim order, there is no progress in the trial and he prays that specific time frame may be fixed for speedy disposal of the

case before the trial court.

3. Taking into consideration, the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, a direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
