(CR.NO.25 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.916 of 2022 in CRl.O.P.No.19798 of 2021 order dated 31.01.2022 the petitioner shall report before the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders and also appear before the commissioner regularly and thus render justice. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.916 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 19798 of 2021 dated 31.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
