ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) & 27A of the NDPS Act in Crime No.107 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in connection with seizure of 6 Kg of Ganja from three accused. The confession statement of the accused indicates that the petitioner is a financier for procuring Ganja from Andhra Pradesh and facilitating the arrested accused for selling it in the retail shop and to new customers.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8249 of 2022 has been dismissed on 12.04.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on him.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no change of circumstances.

6. Taking into consideration of the bad antecedents on the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
