Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition, that the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP. No. 5458 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.I.JAVID AKBAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5458 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
