ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC later altered into Section 307 of IPC in Crime No.48 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Due to the property dispute the petitioner is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant and his family members and sustained serious injuries and admitted in the hospital and one of them died due to head injury.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is false complaint and the person who died fell down on his own. Infact, the father of the petitioner was done to death by the defacto complainant and others few days ago.

4.This Court on perusal of an First Information Report, statement of some of the witnesses finds that the petitioner has engaged in brutal attack on the defacto complainant and others causing death to the person and grievous injuries to another and two other sustained simple injury.

5.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
