PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 Respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 and to forward the 2nd Respondent to 3rd Respondent in Na.ka. No. 1715/ A1 2025 dated 04.11.2025 to conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate orders. For Petitioner(s):

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's application dated 13.10.2025 submitted with the 3rd respondent under the Senior Citizens Act, against the respondents 4 to 6.

2.Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application is directed to be disposed of by the 3rd respondent on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the respondents 4 to 6 in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 13.10.2025 filed under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, against the respondents 4 to 6, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 and by conducting a proper enquiry and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
