Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6369 of 2023 vide order dated 21.03.2023 and thereby, he would seek for modification.

2. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sangagiri, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m.,, until further orders.
