2. The petitioner seeks for innocuous direction in this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry. In fact, this enquiry itself has been directed to be conducted, based on the direction issued by the State Human Rights Commission vide its order dated 20.01.2015. As long as the order passed by the State Human Rights Commission is not set aside or modified, then it goes without saying that the second respondent should comply with the same.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that it appears that the enquiry has already been conducted. However, no such proceedings or record has been placed before the Court to show that any such enquiry was conducted.
4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to comply with the direction of the State Human Rights Commission and summon the petitioner, and conduct the enquiry and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already done.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
