Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1646 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.

3. The petitioner has failed to comply the conditional order while granting anticipatory bail on 27.01.2022, now he seeks extension of time.
