ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who were arrested on 02.04.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 328 and 506(ii) of IPC read with 22(a) COTPA Act in Crime No.268 of 2022, seek bail.

2. The petitioners herein were found in possession of 320 kgs of banned Tobacco products and they alleged to have transported the same from Rajasthan to Tamil Nadu in a Maruti Suzuki S Cross Car bearing Registration No.TN 14 J 1672, seeks bail.

3. However, considering the quantity of contraband seized by the respondent police and the stage of investigation, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
