ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 27.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.46280 of 2025, thereby directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner seeking regularization of his service as Forest Watcher from 08.03.1999 notionally for the purpose of getting pension and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioner's case and passed order in G.O.(2D)No.66 Environment Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 08.06.2026. She also produced a copy of the order dated 08.06.2026 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
