ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police, to register complaint dated 20.07.2015 in CSR No.200 of 2015 investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.200 of 2015, before the respondent Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
