O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.35024 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Transport corporation relied upon the calculation memo and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to be settled with an amount of Rs.50,000/- more towards interest. This issue cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount that has been settled by the respondent Corporation, he is at liberty to work out his remedy independently by filing a fresh writ petition and redress his grievance. 3.
