1. This application is filed to order substituted service against the Respondent through paper publication in one English daily and one Tamil daily.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Hence, the Applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in any one of the local English and Tamil Newspapers, having circulation in the locality, where the Respondent Firm is situated, on or before 25.04.2024, intimating the Respondent that the matter would be heard on 25.04.2024 for the appearance of the Respondent on that date. Accordingly, this application petition is ordered.
