Seeking extension of time to execute the bond as ordered by this Court on 22.03.2016, the present application has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant was not in station for the past six (6) months, he could not instruct the counsel to do the needful. Hence he seeks time till December 2016 to execute the bond.

3. Considering the submissions made, the time granted on 22.03.2016 to execute the bond is extended till January 2017 on payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to "The Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, P.M.Pakkam (G), [Bank Account No.1336101005703, Canara Bank, Madharapakkam, (IFSC Code No.CNRB0001336) Ph.No.7502594146). This application is ordered accordingly.
