2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has removed the lock applied on the premises bearing Door No.185, Nethaji Salai, Thiruvallur, with Municipal Assessment number 014/001/900281 on 24.03.2025.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also acknowledged the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
