O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to revert the fourth respondent from the post of Executive Engineer, pursuant to orders passed in T.A.No.140/1999 in W.P.No.7720/99, dated 08.03.2004.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court reported in CDJ 2012 MHC 4988 [P.S.Jegannathan, M.E., Assistant Executive Engineer vs. State of Tamilnadu, Rep. by its Secretary to Government & Another]. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 also confirmed the said fact. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
