ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR &

CE) for respondents 1 and 2; and, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 3 to 5.

2. There are no documents placed on record to show that the land in question is a temple land.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) submits that the temple is not under the control of the HR & CE Department.

4. Unless proper documents are placed on record, the present petition cannot be entertained as public interest litigation. If the petitioner could lay his hands on authentic documents, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.

5. The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
