This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2014.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. For the complaint that is said to have been given on 28.09.2014, the present petition is filed in 2016 and it suffers from the vice of laches. However, the respondent police had conducted enquiry on the complaint dated 28.09.2014 in CSR No.890 of 2014 and the same has been closed on 29.09.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
