This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is running an industrial unit employing workers for wages. While so, the opposite party is causing inconvenience to the petitioner by not permitting the women workers to come to the workplace. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint on 23.07.2015 which is pending enquiry in CSR.No.1107 of 2015.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations made in the complaint, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 by affording protection to the workers and the petitioner's factory.
