O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.39 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the respondent/ defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed affidavit dated 23.10.2017.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the defacto complainant /respondent have submitted the photo copies of their I.D. Proof viz., 1. J. Premkumar-Voter I.D. No.KRC1577873, 2.J.Vasanthakumary-Aadhar No.467514124387, 3.J.Rajkumar-Aadhar No.486342384430, 4.J.Kumaravel-Driving Licence No.F/TN/04X/007090/2006, 5.J.Rajalakshmi- Voter I.D. No.RHIU0739896 and 6.P.Sandhya- Aadhar No.868213781643 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the petitioners as well as the respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the respondent/defacto complainant is also filed to the effect that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C. No. 39 of 2013, now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C. No. 39 of 2013, now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
