This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first and second respondents to return the seized Maruti Baleno Apha Car (Sedan) bearing Registration No. TN07 CP 8178.

2. On a perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner had availed loan from the respondents for purchase of the said Car and thereafter, the petitioner failed to pay the monthly installments on the loan and as such, the second respondent had seized the said car. Therefore, the representation submitted by petitioner cannot considered and it is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 28.06.2024 Index:Yes/No kv 2/4
