This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018.

2. The petitioner is operating mini buses from Kadampuliyur to C.N.Palayam. Now, he filed an application seeking permission to grant one new mini spare bus permit before respondents on 06.06.2018. But so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that the application is pending for a long time, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is ordered. No costs.
