The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition was filed challenging the show cause notice. However, in the meanwhile, an order of dismissal from service has already been passed and the management has filed an application before the appropriate authority for approval therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to contest the same. 2/4

2. With such liberty and keeping all the grounds open, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
