The Revision Petition is filed to direct the Additional District Court-I, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.193 of 2010 within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioners. 3.

Taking into account that the suit is of the year 2010 and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners that the first plaintiff is aged about 70 years, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.193 of 2010 pending on his file, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
