O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in Proc.H1/ 6641/534/15 dated 20.3.2015 and quash the same as arbitrary, erroneous, unsustainable in law.

2. The petitioner has challenged the summon, issued by the third respondent, dated 20.03.2015, thereby calling upon the petitioner for enquiry scheduled to be held on 30.03.2015, based on the complaint lodged by one S.P.Arumugam.

3. Now the date of enquiry, i.e. 30.03.2015 is already over and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
