ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's on-line application dated 08.02.2024 and to sub-divide the property comprised in Survey No.645/1B, measuring to an extent of 0.23.0 Hectare out of 0.64 Hectare [Acre0.57 cent] and survey No.645/2 measuring to an extent of 1.03.0 hectre out of 2.85 hectare ]Acre 2.54 1⁄2 cent] totally to an extent of Acre 0.79 1⁄2 cent, vide patta No.2854, situated at Paniyandapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District and to issue separate patta in the petitioner's name within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties have been settled in favour of the petitioner by his father vide Settlement Deed dated 2/5

08.08.2023 and all the revenue records have been muted in he name of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner had applied to the third respondent for issuance of separate patta in his name and also paid necessary charges for issuance of patta. But the same has not been considered by the third respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner and for sub division of the property of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
