O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1338 of 2017, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. The defacto complainant is personally present before this Court and also have been identified by the counsel on record. The counsel for the defacto complainant has submitted the photo copy of the party in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Aadhar No.5010 4300 9299; after verification of the original cards, the same was also recorded. An affidavit of the defacto complainant has also been filed on 03.11.2017 and the relevant portion of the same would read thus:

"I submit that I entered into a compromise and no objection to settle the issues in Crime No.1338 / 2017 at the respondent police station."

4.Recording the submissions made in the affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 03.11.2017, the Criminal Original Proceedings stands allowed. The proceedings in FIR.No.1338 of 2017 dated 28.09.2017 on the file of Inspector of Police (Crime), R-9 Valasaravakkam Police Station, Chennai is hereby quashed.
