Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8171 of 2022, dated 08.04.2022.

2. This Court on 08.04.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the District Mines and Minerals Foundation Trust and also to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties before the learned Judicial magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, within a period of seven days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated conditions are not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to delay in receiving the copy of the conditional order, he could not able to execute the sureties within a time stipulate by this Court.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for executing sureties time is extended till 16.05.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 28/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
