W.P.No.5852 of 2015 has been filed to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the acquisition of lands notified in part 675 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extra-ordinary dated 01.12.1994 admeasuring 0.10.0 hectare in Survey No.400/8, 0.28.0 Hectare in Survey No.400/9 and 0.07.5 hectare in Survey No.400/9 and 0.07.5 Hectare in Survey No.400/10 in all measuring 0.45.5 Hectares in Hasthinapuram Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District shall stands lapsed.

3. Similarly placed persons have challenged the same land acquisition proceedings in W.P.No.30408 of 2017 etc., batch before this Court and this Court by an order dated 05.01.2022 dismissed all the writ petitions.

4. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.30408 of 2017 etc., batch dated 05.01.2022, these writ petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
