(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, seeking production of her daughter Annai Therasa, aged about 17 years.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court.

3. When we enquired the detenue, she has submitted that nobody abducted her; now, she married one Subash and the marriage was also registered and she be permitted to continue her marital life.
